Our company is locally owned and operated and has been serving the area's heating and cooling needs for over three decades. We specialize in all phases of residential and light commercial service and installations for heating and cooling systems. We have a full sheet metal shop and utilize computer-aided design to ensure proper sizing and comfort level. We are proud to offer TRANE as our primary system brand.

President, Terry Saul, believes in providing our customers with the best possible service at a reasonable price:

"The purchase of a new heating and cooling system is a major buying decision and high pressure sales is not the way to provide the customer with the best possible service.

"We will visit the customer's home or business, measure the premises, and determine what system would best suit the customer's needs. We then present the customer with the options available and his prices. I am not a salesman. I like to treat my customers the way I want to be treated. Our job is to help our customers, not push them into buying something they may later regret."

They are continually attending training classes to allow them to remain current on all the changes occurring in the rapidly increasing technical world of heating and cooling. A Master Electrician is on staff. Our company is RSES certified. RSES is a nationally recognized educational organization. Recognition has come our way for many years from American Electric Power, Lyon Conklin, and Trane as being one of the area's leading heating and cooling companies.

We are only in the heating and cooling business, that is our specialty. We have been in business for over 30 years. Keeping our customers satisfied has allowed this to occur. We plan on continuing this for at least the next twenty years. Ours is not a fly-by-night company, here today to install your system - but gone next year when you need that system serviced.
