Weddings
The perfect setting for your most memorable day, Wellington's can provide exquisite surroundings to compliment any style wedding ceremony and reception.  We have two lovely rooms for wedding receptions.

Our specialists will be happy to meet with you to plan flowers, accent colors for table settings, and, of course menus down to the final detail to accommodate up to 400 guests. Smaller rooms are available for rehearsal dinners as well.

Reunions
Wellington's welcomes all classes...

5th, 10th, 20th years, etc.  We have a very spacious dance floor, fabulous buffet selections and a cash bar is available. Make your class' evening very special by selecting tablecloths to accent your school color while dining and socializing in one of West Virginia's most prestigious facilities. There is plenty of parking available.

Business Meetings/Seminars
Wellington's has five (5) rooms for you to choose from serving 4 to 400 guests. You'll have complete privacy, well appointed work areas, and we have the equipment on site to make sure your presentations are of the professional quality your company deserves.

There are beverage break areas that are well-stocked for all day use. A hot, delicious lunch buffet with beautiful salad bar are served daily in our Wellington's Room.

Golf Outings
If your schedule allows, how about planning a day-long event for business and pleasure. West Virginia's top-rated championship golf course at Scarlet Oaks can accommodate up to 200 golfers for corporate or private golf tournaments. Locker and showers available.

Catering
We bring a wide variety of delicious food and beverage to your site... large or small.

Besides parties at our Wellington's facility, we cater to many locations throughout the Charleston/Huntington areas, such as the Beni Kedem Hall, Erickson Hall at WVSC, Erickson Hall at MU, Coonskin, Glenwood, Elks Club, Holy Trinity Conference Center in Nitro, Touma Center, Skyboxes at MU, law offices, many pharmaceutical companies for doctors offices as well as to private homes, churches and community centers.

We bring fresh flowers for all tables, candles, china, silverware, cloths, cloth napkins and equipment.
